The Orioles added power hitting infielder/outfielder Ryan Mountcastle as well as pitchers Keegan Akin and Dean Kremer from Triple-A Norfolk. They also selected the contract of outfielder Ryan McKenna from Double-A Bowie. Mountcastle was named the Orioles’ organizational player of the year as well as the International League’s Most Valuable Player.
