The Houston Texans are doing battle with the Tennessee Titans on Sunday with first place in the AFC South on the line. Unfortunately, officials took center stage with the game close in the fourth quarter. That included this absolutely horrendous unnecessary roughness penalty against Texans linebacker Brennan Scarlett on Titans wide receiver Kalif Raymond. Apparently leading with your shoulder and making a clean tackle is frowned upon by the zebras. What in the world is happening here?...
