Rhule’s coaching staff is starting to come together.

New Carolina Panthers head coach Matt Rhule is expected to bring three of his assistants at Baylor with him to Charlotte, according to a report by David Smoak. Phil Snow is expected to be Rhule’s defensive coordinator, Evan Cooper will coach the cornerbacks and Frisman Taylor will coach the wide receivers.
