It has been a busy couple of weeks for the Falcons, who have been busily filling their roster and carving out cap room. Thomas Dimitroff and company assured fans that they weren’t in cap hell at all, but the truth is that they were and wiggled out of it in order to make some moves that might genuinely be impactful.
