Yesterday was an off-day for the Blue Jays.

Before the game, the Jays made a roster move. Anthony Alford was designated for assignment and put on waivers. And Teoscar Hernandez was recalled from Buffalo.

Alford was hitting .191/.269/.277 with 1 home run, 1 steal and one caught stealing. He has a -0.1 WAR. He was mostly used as a defensive replacement, until Hernandez was sent down to Buffalo. After that he got more starts.
