Gregg Rosenthal certainly isn’t wrong on this prediction.

The Cincinnati Bengals were the NFL’s worst team in 2019. While their talent didn’t reflect their mere two wins, the Bengals were gifted the top-overall pick, and in turn, they brought in LSU’s phenom Joe Burrow.
