We have a lot more information trickling out from practice, as the general media was allowed to look on at today’s activity.

The third day of “voluntary (mandatory)” offseason practices was held today in Charlotte, and this time, we have a lot more to talk about thanks to the presence of a large amount of sports media. Here are your absentees:
