There is no denying that Max Scherzer is one of the Washington Nationals’ best players. On June 21, Scherzer was on his way to his third no-hitter of his career. Unfortunately, a late inning mistake would cost him the no-hitter and the game. He allowed two runs in the eighth and the Miami Marlins came back to win 2-1.
