There will be no holdout: the Browns’ first-round safety is signed, sealed, and delivered.

The Cleveland Browns signed SS Jabrill Peppers late Sunday night, making the announcement on the day that rookies had to report to Berea for training camp. In mid-June, the Browns had nine players in their ten-man draft class signed, with Peppers being the only holdout. Over a month later, though, worrying about his contract is a thing of the past.
