Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman has officially been ruled out of Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. This marks the second straight weekend that Freeman has been ruled out due to the concussion he suffered in Week 10 against the Dallas Cowboys. It was the second concussion the running back has been afflicted with this year, and it’s his third going back to November 2015.
