The Rams lost two key coaches this offseason in Matt LaFleur and Greg Olson as both moved on to further their careers elsewhere. LaFleur was hired by Mike Vrabel and the Titans as their new offensive coordinator, while Olson was poached by Sean McVay’s mentor, Jon Gruden, to head the Raiders’ offense.
