SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — This spring training presents a terrific opportunity for Rockies right-hander Carlos Estevez. Make the most of it, and he’ll be in line to pitch some important innings during the regular season. Struggle, and Estevez could face more schooling at Triple-A Albuquerque.
