First baseman Chris Carter has agreed to a Minor League deal with the Angels, according to Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register. MLB.com's Mark Feinsand reported the deal is for $1.75 million if he makes the Major League roster and includes $600,000 in incentives. The club has not confirmed the deal.
