The Chargers are expected to sign former Eagles kicker Caleb Sturgis, Ian Rapoport of NFL.com tweets. The Eagles had interest in re-signing him, but he’s headed to sunny Los Angeles instead.The Chargers were on the lookout for a new kicker this year and also considered former Raider Sebastian Janikowski.
