Crab Mold

A lot of ingredients but oh, so yummy

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. crab meat, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 15oz. can black olives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon pimento
  • MIX ALL OF THE ABOVE INGREDIENTS AND SET ASIDE
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
  • Lettuce leaves

Directions

  1. Warm (do not cook) mushroom soup. Mix in gelatin until dissolved.
  2. Add mayonnaise and cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Pour over 1st list of ingredients and mix well.
  4. Grease jello mold with mayonnaise and pour mixture in.
  5. Refrigerate for a minimum of 5 hours before serving.
  6. Release from mold onto a platter lined with lettuce leaves
