Baked Chicken Wonton Cups

Fill wonton cups with a chicken mixture a flavorful appetizer to treat your guests.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of cut up chicken into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup (8 oz) of shredded cheddar & monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup sweet red peppers - chopped
  • 1 cup sweet green peppers - chopped
  • 1 can (4 oz) chopped green chillies (drained)
  • 1 can (4 oz) chopped black olives (drained)
  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 pack of wonton wrappers

Directions

  1. In a skillet cook chicken add cheeses, chillies, peppers, olives and ranch dressing mix well. Set aside.
  2. Brush both sides of wrappers with oil, press onto bottom of greased muffin pan and bake at 350 for 5 minutes. The wontons should be slightly brown.
  3. Take out and place a spoonful of mixture into the wontons placing them onto cookie sheet once stuffed and bake for another 5-8 minutes on 350 F
