Caramel Macchiato

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup scalded milk
- 4 teaspoons Cafe' Francais instant coffee
- 4 teaspoons caramel ice cream topping, divided
- Whipped cream or 2 tablespoons Cool Whip, thawed
Directions
- Gradually add milk to flavored coffee in mug, stirring until dissolved.
- Stir in 3 teaspoons of the caramel topping until well blended.
- Top with whipped cream and remaining caramel topping.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
To scald milk: pour milk into a saucepan. Bring just to a simmer on medium heat. DO NOT BOIL MILK.
