Remoulade Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onion
  • 1/4 finely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
  • 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients together, or use a blender.
  2. Cover and chill 1 hour

No cooking involved, just chilling time
