Continental Lemon Sauce

Servings: 5 || Yields: 1 1/4 cups
Also known as Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaside
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan with wire whisk, stir together all ingredients until smooth. Stir over medium-low heat until thick. Do not boil.
  2. Sprinkle with Paprika
