Chinese Fried Rice

Rice should be pre-cooked and chilled before making this receipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 cups instant rice
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1/4 cup water with 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
Directions
- Bring 1 1/4 cups water to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Refrigerate rice until cold.
- In a 10'' skillet, melt butter. Add beaten egg until set.
- Add onion and rice. Saute' over medium heat until lightly browned and heated through.
- Add 1/4 cup water and soy sauce into rice. Mix well.
