Chinese Fried Rice

Rice should be pre-cooked and chilled before making this receipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 cups instant rice
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/4 cup water with 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce

Directions

  1. Bring 1 1/4 cups water to a boil. Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Refrigerate rice until cold.
  2. In a 10'' skillet, melt butter. Add beaten egg until set.
  3. Add onion and rice. Saute' over medium heat until lightly browned and heated through.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water and soy sauce into rice. Mix well.
