Cheesy Baked Artichokes

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.oz) can artichoke hearts
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons ground or finely chopped pecans
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasonings
  • 1/2 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 deg. F. Coat a 9'' pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Rinse artichoke hearts well with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place in pie plate and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. In a small bowl, mix pecans, cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic and oil. Spread evenly over artichokes.
  4. Bake, uncovered, about 15 minutes or until the topping is golden brown.
