Shrimp Dijon

Prep Time: 10 minutes || Cook Time: 30 minutes || Total: 40 Minutes
Servings: 4 || Yields: 1/2 lb shrimp
Easy to prepare in advance and well-received by guests!!

Ingredients

  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3-5 tablespoon butter (Depending on shrimp size)
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Butter bottom of baking dish with butter heavily
  2. Lay out a row of shrimp
  3. Mix breadcrumbs with parsley and pour over top
  4. Add Parmesan cheese to top
  5. Place a dollop of butter on top of each shrimp
  6. Cook in oven for 30 minutes at 350 F covered in foil until brown.

Notes

Can use gluten free breadcrumbs. Also called Scampi Dijon.
