Chinese Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together. Let stand at room temperature for 1 hour or cover and refrigerate up to 1 day.
