Chicken Breast Jamestown

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 4 oz. white cooking wine
  • 1 package (8oz.) Pepperidge Farm Herbed stuffing CRUMBS
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. Spray a 9'' X12'' baking dish with a nonstick spray and place chicken breasts in baking dish. Top chicken breast with the cheese.
  3. Combine soup and wine and pour over chicken and cheese. Cover completely with the crumbs. Drizzle butter over all the breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake at 325ºF uncovered for 90 minutes
