Chicken Wontons

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked and cubed chicken
  • 1/2 cup (6 oz.) shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1 cup sweet red peppers, diced
  • 1 cup sweet green peppers, diced
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies (drained)
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped black olives (drained)
  • 1 envelope ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 pack wonton wrappers

Directions

  1. In a skillet, mix all ingredients except for wonton wrappers. Cook over medium low until heated through and cheese is melted.
  2. Brush both sides of wonton wrappers with oil, press onto bottom of a greased muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees F for about 5 minutes. Wontons should be slightly brown.
  3. Remove wontons from muffin pan and transfer to a cookie sheet.
  4. Spoon chicken and cheese mixture into wonton cups and bake another 5-7 minutes.
