Foil wrapped Chicken Dinner

Ingredients

  • 8 sheets (12''X18'') aluminum foil sheets
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted, divided into 4th's
  • 2 cups green beans
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut in 3/4'' cubes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • paprika

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
  2. Place 1 chicken breast on each double layer of foil. Divide and spoon soup over chicken. Top with paprika then top with vegetables and dot with butter.
  3. Bring up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends but leave room for heat expansion.
  4. Place foil packets on a cookie sheet and bake 20-25 minutes. Be extra careful when opening packets as steam will escape.
