Maple Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients
- 1 large red cooking apple
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (16oz.) can cut sweet potatoes, drained
- 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
Directions
- Cut apple into wedges. In a 10'' skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook apple wedges 3-5 minutes or until fork tender. Add potatoes, syrup and brown sugar.
- Cook until sugar dissolves and the mixture is heated through.
