Maple Sweet Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 large red cooking apple
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (16oz.) can cut sweet potatoes, drained
  • 2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar

Directions

  1. Cut apple into wedges. In a 10'' skillet over medium heat, melt butter and cook apple wedges 3-5 minutes or until fork tender. Add potatoes, syrup and brown sugar.
  2. Cook until sugar dissolves and the mixture is heated through.
