Apple Crisp
Prep Time: 15 minutes || Cook Time: 45 minutes ||
Total: 60 Minutes
Servings: 4 || Yields:
Ingredients
TOPPING:
3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons flour
1/3 cup light brown sugar
4 teaspoons white sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup butter, softened but not melted
FILLING:
2 tablespoons white sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
4 cups apples, sliced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Combine topping filling with a pastry blender and set aside.
Combine 2 tablespoons white sugar and 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon. Toss with apples.
Spread apple mixture into a 9'' greased pie pan. Top with filling mixture. Bake 40-45 minutes.
