Chocolate Walnut Coconut Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 package (8oz.) semi sweet baking chips, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups cups coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces (or pecans)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13X9 baking pan with foil, leaving 3 inches of foil extending over short sides of pan. Create handles by crunching up extended foil; grease foil or use a nonstick cooking spray. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press evenly onto bottom of prepared pan.
  2. Sprinkle chopped chocolate, coconut, nuts and raisins over graham crust. Pour sweetened condensed milk over mixture in pan.
  3. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan.
  4. Lift foil out of pan onto a cutting board, using foil handles. Cut into 32 bars.

Notes

Don't use evaporated milk
