Chocolate Walnut Coconut Bars

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 1 package (8oz.) semi sweet baking chips, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cups coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces (or pecans)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 13X9 baking pan with foil, leaving 3 inches of foil extending over short sides of pan. Create handles by crunching up extended foil; grease foil or use a nonstick cooking spray. Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter. Press evenly onto bottom of prepared pan.
- Sprinkle chopped chocolate, coconut, nuts and raisins over graham crust. Pour sweetened condensed milk over mixture in pan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan.
- Lift foil out of pan onto a cutting board, using foil handles. Cut into 32 bars.
Notes
Don't use evaporated milk
