Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 (6oz.) package almonds, chopped
  • 1 (2oz.) jar sesame seeds
  • 4 cups quick cooking oats, uncooked
  • 1 cup seedless raisins
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 2/3 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 1/2 cup hulled sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup toasted wheat germ
  • 1/2 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 15X10 jelly roll pan. In a large bowl
  2. mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon mixture into prepared pan; with waxed paper
  3. press mixture evenly in pan. Bake 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool in pan on a wire rack at least 2 hours. cut into 18 bars. Remove bars with spatula and wrap
  4. individually in plastic wrap and store in refrigerator.
