Strawberry Whipped Dream Sensation

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and divided
  • 1 can (14oz.) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tub (8oz.) whipped topping, thawed and divided
  • 8 chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions

  1. Flip over an 8''X4'' loaf pan and wrap foil to shape it, extending short ends over the side of the pan. Flip the pan right side up and place foil inside of pan to form a lining.
  2. Mash 2 cups of the strawberries in a large bowl until they are chunky. Stir in condensed milk and lemon juice.
  3. Stir 2 cups of the whipped topping into the strawberry mixture and pour into prepared pan.
  4. Blend cookies to a crumb texture and add the melted butter. Spoon over whipped topping mix in the pan.
  5. Cover mixture with the ends of the foil and gently press cooking crumb mixture on top. Freeze 5-6 hours or until firm.
  6. Invert dessert onto a serving platter. When ready to serve, remove the pan and foil. Spread remaining whipped topping mix onto the top and sides of dessert.
  7. Slice remaining 2 cups of strawberries and arrange on top. Store any leftovers in the freezer.
