Ingredients
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
- 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 4 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
Directions
- Beat together the butter and cream cheese on medium speed until well blended.
- Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time and the lemon juice and beat until light and fluffy.
- Add a drop or two of yellow food coloring, if desired
