Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) softened butter
  • 1 package (8oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. Beat together the butter and cream cheese on medium speed until well blended.
  2. Add powdered sugar, 1 cup at a time and the lemon juice and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add a drop or two of yellow food coloring, if desired
