Coconut Pecan Frosting

Ingredients
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/3 cups flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except coconut and pecans in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened about 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from heat. Add coconut and pecans. Cool, stirring occasionally.
