Ingredients
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 cups finely chopped white chocolate
- 2 tablespoons brandy
Directions
- Place the cream in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in 2 cups finely chopped white chocolate and stir with a wooden spoon until chocolate has melted.
- Add brandy and continue stirring until well blended.
