Caramel Sauce

Ingredients

  • 28 caramel pieces
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions

  1. Place caramels in a saucepan and heat over medium-low until melted, stirring constantly.
  2. Add the butter and stir to blend.
  3. Reduce heat to low and add the heavy cream slowly and stir until blended.

Notes

This sauce will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks if sealed in an airtight container.
