Hard Chocolate Cake Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 10 (1 oz.) squares semi sweet chocolate, finely chopped or 1 1/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chip pieces

Directions

  1. In a double boiler over medium heat
  2. combine the chocolate and butter until melted and well blended. Remove from heat.

Notes

Pour over your favorite bundt cake, cheesecake or ice cream. The mixture will harden quickly and has a glossy shine.
