Gluten Free Pancake and Waffle Batter

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups White Rice Flour
- 1 1/2 cups Potato Starch (or 1 1/4 cups Corn Starch)
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 2 tsp Fine Sea Salt
- 5 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/3 tsp Xanthan Gum
Directions
- There are 2 options for mixing - Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk together then sift 4 times. Or combine all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag - seal tightly and shake/turn for 2-3 minutes.
