Romano Crusted Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.)
  • 1 packet Shake 'N Bake Chicken Seasoned Coating mix
  • 1/2 cup grated Romano Cheese

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Moisten chicken with water and shake off excess.
  2. Empty coating mix into shaker bag. Add Romano cheese; shake gently to mix. Add chicken, 1 or 2 pieces at a time. Close bag and shake gently until evenly coated. Place in a foil lined baking pan and bake 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked through.
