Orange-Apricot Glaze

Use to glaze poultry or pork

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup apricot juice

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients into a saucepan. Stir and warm until mixture thickens.
  2. Use as a glaze for chicken, Cornish Game Hens or Pork Roast
