Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Mirin (sweet Rice Wine)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2-3 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon toasted Sesame seeds (saute in dry skillet for 1 minute.

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients and use as a dipping sauce
