Lemon Herb Sauce

Servings: Varies || Yields: 2 cups
Serve over boiled potatoes, steamed vegetables, broiled chicken or pork chops

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10oz.) Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 3/4 cup fat free milk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaved, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a 1 qt. saucepan, combine all ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring often, until heated through.
  2. Serve over potatoes, vegetables, chicken or pork.
