Ingredients
- 1 red or green bell pepper halved and seeded
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Dijon style mustard
- 1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Directions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. Place in hollowed out bell pepper and serve with carrot sticks
- celery sticks and slices from the remaining half of the bell pepper. e Add sliced radish
- if desired.
