Honey Mustard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 red or green bell pepper halved and seeded
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon style mustard
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Place in hollowed out bell pepper and serve with carrot sticks
  2. celery sticks and slices from the remaining half of the bell pepper. e Add sliced radish
  3. if desired.
