Continental Lemon Sauce (Hollandaise)

Serve over steamed vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan with wire whisk, stir together all ingredients until smooth. Stir over medium low heat until thick but do not boil.
  2. Pour over steamed vegetables and sprinkle with Paprika
