Ingredients
- 1 lb. green beans
- 2 garlic cloves, sliced
- Non stick cooking spray
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt free lemon pepper seasoning
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450º
- Wash beans and trim ends. Place beans and garlic in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Coat beans and garlic with cooking spray and toss well. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over beans and garlic; sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
- Bake, uncovered, at 450º for 8-10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender, stirring once.
