Garlic Roasted Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • Non stick cooking spray
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt free lemon pepper seasoning

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450º
  2. Wash beans and trim ends. Place beans and garlic in a single layer on a foil-lined baking sheet. Coat beans and garlic with cooking spray and toss well. Drizzle lemon juice and olive oil over beans and garlic; sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 450º for 8-10 minutes or until beans are crisp-tender, stirring once.
