Garlic Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 8 oz. medium mushrooms, washed, trimmed and cut in half
  • 2 Tablespoons dry sherry
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • dash of black pepper
  • snipped parsley

Directions

  1. Heat Olive oil in a 10'' skillet until hot. Cook and stir garlic over medium heat 1 minute. Add mushrooms. Cook and stir an additional 2 minutes. Reduce heat. Stir in sherry, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
  2. Remove to serving bowl and sprinkle with snipped parsley.
