Beer Battered Fish

Ingredients
- Oil for frying
- 1 lb. fresh fish fillets
- 3-4 tablespoons Bisquick
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup beer
Directions
- Heat oil to 325º
- Lightly coat fish with the 3-4 tablespoons of Bisquick.
- Mix remaining 1 cup of Bisquick, egg, salt and beer until smooth. Dip fish into batter, letting excess drip into bowl.
- Fry until golden, about 2 minutes per side.
