Colby Macaroni Casserole

Beef, cheese, and pasta casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 10oz can tomato soup
  • 1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups colby cheese - cubed
  • 2 cups French's fried onion rings

Directions

  1. Cook macaroni per directions. Drain.
  2. Brown ground beef. Drain.
  3. Stir soups together.
  4. Mix in cooked macaroni and browned ground beef.
  5. Spray a 2 quart casserole or baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Put half the soup, meat, and noodle mixture into the dish.
  6. Top with half of the colby cubes then half of the onion rings.
  7. Add other half of mixture.
  8. Top with remaining colby cubes.
  9. Save the rest of the onions for later.
  10. Bake at 350 deg F for 25-30 minutes.
  11. Top with the remaining onion rings and bake 5 more minutes.
