Colby Macaroni Casserole

Beef, cheese, and pasta casserole
Ingredients
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 10oz can tomato soup
- 1 10oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups colby cheese - cubed
- 2 cups French's fried onion rings
Directions
- Cook macaroni per directions. Drain.
- Brown ground beef. Drain.
- Stir soups together.
- Mix in cooked macaroni and browned ground beef.
- Spray a 2 quart casserole or baking dish with non stick cooking spray. Put half the soup, meat, and noodle mixture into the dish.
- Top with half of the colby cubes then half of the onion rings.
- Add other half of mixture.
- Top with remaining colby cubes.
- Save the rest of the onions for later.
- Bake at 350 deg F for 25-30 minutes.
- Top with the remaining onion rings and bake 5 more minutes.
