Spicy Brown Pineapple Ham Glaze

Ingredients

  • 1 jar (8oz.) Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 2 cans (8oz. each) crushed pineapple in syrup, undrained
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Thoroughly combine all ingredients. Bring to a boil over medium heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Thirty minutes before ham is ready, score surface in a diamond pattern and baste ham with glaze every 10-15 minutes.
